What makes Smart Stop Medical different?

We offer no wait times, same-day appointments, care from home, board-certified providers who listen, self-pay friendly pricing, and both pediatric and adult care.

Is telehealth safe and effective?

Yes! Telehealth is a safe, evidence-based way to manage many common conditions. We use up-to-date clinical guidelines to ensure high-quality care, every time.

What states do you serve?

We provide telehealth services to patients in Arizona and Nevada.

Treatment Questions

What conditions do you treat?

We treat most non-emergency conditions for adults and children—like colds, flu, rashes, pink eye, UTIs, sinus infections, ear infections, skin conditions, seasonal allergies, and more. See our Services page for the complete list.

Do you treat children?

Yes! We treat patients of all ages, including children. Whether it's pink eye, fever, rash, or a cold, our providers are experienced in pediatric care and ready to help.

Can you prescribe medications?

Yes, when appropriate. We prescribe antibiotics, antifungals, antivirals, topical treatments, allergy medications, asthma inhalers, and more. We do NOT prescribe controlled substances.

Billing & Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide superbills that patients can submit for potential reimbursement. We're self-pay only with transparent pricing and flexible options.

Why don't you bill insurance?

We choose not to bill insurance so we can keep care simple, transparent, and accessible. Insurance often comes with limitations, hidden fees, and delays. By offering self-pay pricing, we can spend more time with patients, provide upfront costs with no surprise bills, and keep scheduling fast and flexible.

What are your prices?

New Patient Visit: $75, Returning Patient Visit: $50, Individual Unlimited Plan (3 months): $150, Family Unlimited Plan (3 months): $250. All visits are self-pay with superbills available for potential insurance reimbursement.

Appointments & Availability

How do I book an appointment?

Book online in minutes at smartstopmedical.com or call 623-428-9088. You'll receive a secure video link before your visit. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access.

Do you offer after-hours appointments?

Yes! We understand health concerns don't follow a 9-5 schedule. Text us at 623-295-9809 for after-hours scheduling, and we'll respond as soon as possible to coordinate care. Whether it's early morning, evening, or weekend—we're here when you need us most.

What if I need follow-up care?

Follow-up visits are welcome and encouraged if symptoms change, persist, or if you have new concerns. These are billed as standard returning patient visits ($50) to ensure you receive the same level of attentive, personalized care each time.
